The main advantage of coaching against traditional consultancy is that you develop the potential of your staff and minimise dependency on external resources. It is cheaper and brings greater added value as it is totally focused and time-bound. It is more efficient than a typical consultancy offer and is the optimal complement to IT Service Management training.
