Why

Coaching is an excellent way to introduce or reinforce the human dimension in companies and organisations.

Today, executives, managers and employees are subjected to more and more pressures:  need for performance, reduction of costs, insecurity of employment, tense social climate, internal conflicts, harassment, restructuring, mergers, buy-outs, etc.  Nervous breakdowns, stress related illnesses, burn-outs, suicides are now far more prevalent than ever before in the work environment.

Reconciling economic performance and the human dimension is possible if, and only if, people are not considered only as production tools but also as human beings in perpetual development.

This is where coaching can bring amazing results.  By working on this human dimension, performance of individuals, teams and of the complete organisation are improved.
