When

Coaching is appropriate at any time when the customer wants to be supported in overcoming a difficulty, improving or developing their own professional potential or that of their teams or organisation.

A few concrete examples:

  • starting in a new position
  • change management (merger, new work practices, outsourcing, new IT tools…)
  • crisis management
  • resolving difficult relationships with colleagues, subordinates or management
  • resolving difficulties linked to stress, priorities, conflicts, time management, motivation, delegation…
  • developing new attitudes
  • preparing a meeting, a presentation, a communication
  • decision making
  • developing a company or team vision
  • leaving a job (redundancy, retirement, change of direction…)
