How it works

How does it work? The IT Service Management coach meets with individuals and teams involved in IT Service Management initiatives.  The content of the sessions varies depending on the situation and needs:  answers to your questions related to ITIL® process implementation, discussions on behavioural difficulties, explanations of managerial or psychological theory, preparation for a difficult meeting, options to tackle resistance to change, etc.  Both IT Service Management and organisational change management issues are tackled.

Depending on the size and maturity of your organisation as well as the objectives of your IT Service Management initiatives, a few half-days per month bring great results.
